Inspired by the tradition of “hanami” - gathering under blooming cherry blossoms - the bento showcases a vibrant assortment of seasonal flavors, including a colorful Bara Chirashi Don, a refreshing strawberry and roasted beet salad, and signature Aburi Salmon and Ebi Oshi Sushi. Thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the beauty of sakura season, the Hanami Bento invites picnic-goers to enjoy a taste of spring beneath Vancouver’s iconic cherry blossoms.
